Refunds/ Returns policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING (CONCRETE INTERLOCKING BLOCKS)

If arranged, we will deliver the Products on the delivery date agreed with you. In the event that we are not able to deliver the Products to you on the agreed delivery date then we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible.

In the event that you decide to change the delivery date by less than 5 Working Days then you must provide us with at least 2 Working Days prior notice. In the event that you fail to provide us with less than 2 Working Days prior notice of the change to the delivery then we cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred amended date. In the event that you want to change the delivery date by more than 5 Working Days then we may charge you a weekly storage charge of £150 at our discretion for each week after the original delivery date we are required to store the Products.

50% of Order plus any arranged transport costs

PRODUCT RETURNS (CONCRETE INTERLOCKING BLOCKS)

Please check your requirements carefully before ordering any Products, all Products are manufactured specifically to order and to the customer’s specification. Therefore, and in accordance with distance selling business to business regulations, Products are not returnable.

Master Mix Concrete reserve the right to accept at our discretion any return on non-damaged or faulty Products. However, if any returns are accepted a charge of £120 per Product (plus transport costs incurred) will need to be paid prior to the return of the Product.
